Creating warmth, sharing kindness, making a difference

Tree of Beanies

Design for Life is a vibrant and welcoming group of parishioners who share a love of knitting and crocheting and a passion for helping others. Throughout the year, we lovingly create beanies for the St. Vincent de Paul Society's Christmas baskets, which are distributed to families in our parishes and local community. Any surplus beanies are given to local shelters, while tiny beanies for newborns are gifted to local nurseries. Every stitch makes a difference. Together, we can share warmth, kindness and the true spirit of Christmas with those in our community who need it most.
