Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council assists the Pastoral Coordinator (Linda DeMarce) in pastoral planning. As representatives of our entire community they help define the direction and strategic aspects of community life. At St. Theresa's Parish the pastoral council generally gets involved in the evaluation and recommendation phases of decision making for the entire community. They support Linda in her ministry in an advisory role, while promoting communication and understanding among parish organizations and between the parish, the Archdiocese, and the universal Church.

Finance Council
The Finance Council is a consultative body that advises Pastoral Coordinator (Linda DeMarce) concerning the stewardship of parish financial resources. In general, the Finance Council is involved in the fiscal evaluation and fiscal recommendation phases of pastoral planning. The Finance Council has guided the parish to move forward with caution by conducting long-range financial planning; by developing and overseeing a budget process; by providing fiscal analysis of proposed goals, strategies and programs; while remaining involved in strategic and administrative aspects of community life.
